This International Women’s Day, I reflect on the incredible resilience of women who dare to dream and defy the odds. As a female entrepreneur, my journey to launching Jonaki-Bangladesh’s first fine fragrance brand-was filled with challenges. I built this brand without investors, relying solely on my passion, discipline, and belief in the power of perseverance.

Women across the world face obstacles, yet we continue to rise, create, and inspire. We are leaders, innovators, and changemakers. From boardrooms to businesses, from homes to industries, our strength shapes the world. Jonaki was inspired by the beauty and essence of Bengali flowers, much like how women embody both delicacy and power.
Success does not come easy, but I stand as proof that with courage, devotion, and hard work, we can break barriers. I celebrate all women – entrepreneurs, professionals, mothers, daughters – who push boundaries every day.
